All purchases, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, or any other fees related to Helixtrack, are final and non-refundable. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated below.
At the sole discretion of Helixfjord, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, you must contact our support team at helixfjord@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase. Please provide the following details in your request:
